William Kolobaric is an attorney in the Livonia office of Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho, PLC where he focuses his practice on community association law, construction law, real estate law, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy and probate and estate planning. He has extensive experience in state and federal courts involving a wide scope of real estate, commercial litigation and creditor’s rights matters.
Mr. Kolobaric has served as a speaker at the Legal Assistant Section of the State Bar at the Annual Day of Education held in June 2014, as a panel speaker at the United Condominium Owners’ of Michigan annual seminar and at Condominium Operation Classes. He has also authored an Overview of Community Association/Condominium Association Operations for the Michigan Paralegal.
Mr. Kolobaric is a 1995 magna cum laude graduate of the Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law), finishing second in his class.
